Boon Office Services
Tenants of Boon Business Centre take a 3 month rolling contract which includes:
Heat, light, rent, rates (water & business), car parking, office cleaning, mineral water, tea/coffee, office furniture (desk, pedestal & chair per person) staffed reception (9am-5pm) window cleaning, refuse collection, buildings insurance, burglar alarm, fire alarm, Cat 5 cabling, kitchen facilities, postal services and message taking & forwarding at the end of each working day via email.
The following ancillary services are charged as used:
Telecommunications (telephone, individual requirements for message forwarding, fax & broadband), secretarial, administration and lifestyle services.
Boon Secretarial/Administrative Services
Available on site to both tenants and ‘ad hoc’ walk in clients.
In the modern electronic age many businesses can no longer justify full time secretarial/ administrative resources yet still have a regular need.
Boon has a staffed reception area providing secretarial and administrative services and ‘meet and greet’ services for tenants clients.
Boon Lifestyle Services
Boon lifestyle services help busy people get a better balance between the things that need to get done, and the things that provide quality of life. Imagine you had a personal assistant or secretary available to you to organise the things you really don’t want (or don’t have time) to do - but you only paid them on an ‘as used’ basis. We are that resource!
